The Marchon Workforce Housing Program offers XX apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 80% AMI (Area Median Income) range.

To begin the application we ask that you present the following documents:

• Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
• 6 months of checking account statements, 6 months of savings account, 6 most recent consecutive pay statements
• Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets
